These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the GamelineAnalytics website and subscription service (the "Service"), operated by Gameline Analytics ("we," "us"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. Eligibility and age requirement
You must be at least 21 years old to create an account or use the Service. Account creation requires you to enter your date of birth and to affirm that you meet this requirement. By registering you represent that the date of birth you provided is accurate, that you are 21 or older, and that your use of the Service is lawful in your jurisdiction.
Providing a false date of birth is a breach of these Terms. We may suspend or terminate any account we reasonably believe belongs to someone under 21, or whose stated date of birth we reasonably believe to be inaccurate, and we may do so without notice and without refund. Accounts are personal to you: you may not share your credentials with, or provide access to the Service to, anyone under 21.
2. What the Service is (and is not)
The Service publishes statistical analysis, model-generated predictions, and related commentary about sporting events. It is an informational and entertainment product only. We are not a sportsbook, we do not accept or place wagers, and we do not handle gambling funds. Nothing on the Service is gambling, financial, or professional advice, and no content constitutes a recommendation to place any bet.
3. No guarantee of results
Predictions are statistical estimates blended with betting-market signals. They are frequently wrong. Past performance does not guarantee future results, and we make no promise, express or implied, that using the Service will produce winnings or avoid losses. You are solely responsible for decisions you make and for complying with the gambling laws of your jurisdiction.
4. Accounts
You are responsible for your account credentials and for activity under your account. Keep your email address current; notices about the Service and your subscription are sent there.
5. Subscriptions and automatic renewal
Paid access ("Gameline Pro") costs $20/month and renews automatically each month until you cancel. By subscribing you authorize recurring monthly charges to your payment method until cancellation. You may cancel at any time in Settings → Billing → Manage Subscription; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you keep access until then. We will send you a confirmation of these terms when you subscribe and periodic reminders as required by law.
6. Refund policy
Subscription charges are non-refundable. You can cancel at any time and retain access through the end of the period you have paid for. If you believe you were charged in error, or in exceptional circumstances, contact us at gamelineanalytics@gmail.com — refunds outside billing errors are granted at our sole discretion.
7. Payments
Payments are processed by Stripe on Stripe-hosted pages. Your full card details are provided directly to Stripe and never touch our servers. Stripe's own terms and privacy policy apply to payment processing.
8. Acceptable use
- Do not share, resell, scrape, or systematically redistribute Service content, including picks and predictions.
- Do not share account credentials or circumvent access controls or subscription gating.
- Do not interfere with the Service's operation or attempt unauthorized access to its systems or data.
- Do not use the Service where doing so is unlawful.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
9. Intellectual property
The Service — including its models, predictions, text, and design — is owned by Gameline Analytics or its licensors. Your subscription grants a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to access content for your own use. Team names and player statistics are the property of their respective owners; we are not affiliated with or endorsed by any sports league.
10. Disclaimer of warranties
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that data (including odds and statistics sourced from third parties) is accurate or current.
11. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Gameline Analytics will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including gambling losses, lost profits, or lost data — arising from your use of the Service. Our total aggregate liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Gameline Analytics harmless from claims arising out of your violation of these Terms or misuse of the Service.
13. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in New York, and you consent to their jurisdiction.
14. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced on the Service and the "Last updated" date above revised; continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance. The version you accepted is recorded with your account.
